AUSTRALIAN DISTRIBUTOR APPOINTED BY SOFTWARE DEVELOPER January 1999 -- Henning Industrial Software has reached an agreement with N.C. Computer Systems Pty. Ltd. of Mulgrave, Australia to distribute and support Henning's products in Australia. Under the agreement, N.C. Computer Systems, an authorized TekSoft and Predator software distributor, will handle direct sales and marketing of Henning's software. In addition to sales, trade shows, seminars, and promotions, N.C. Computer Systems will provide on-site training and support for Henning's Australian customers. "When I studied the functionality Visual EstiTrack provides," Gerard Faucheur, owner of N.C. Computer Systems recalls, "I couldn't find any lapses or omissions. Having spent 10 days last fall studying shop control programs at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS), I was able to look at the competition and see for myself that Visual EstiTrack is far and away the best on the market for our customers." N.C. Computer Systems specializes in sales, installation, service, support and promotion of software for small to medium sized job shops and manufacturing companies. Operating primarily in Australia, the firm also conducts business in a small portion of New Zealand. "Like our other distributors, Gerard truly understands how shop floor control software can be a benefit at any manufacturing facility, regardless of its size," Henning Industrial Software Vice President Billie Henning said. "And, because of his experience in machine shops, he knows how to use computer software in the shop. In the brief time since IMTS, he has already proven that he fully understands his customers' needs." In addition to Henning Industrial Software's shop management software package, Visual EstiTrack, N.C. Computer Systems will also offer an interface to the Australian version of M.Y.O.B.
